One of the best smoke shops owners are down to earth and are respectful to everyone

Been coming here for a few months and this is the last time they’re getting any money from me. I went in and bought a disposable vape and before leaving the store opened it and hit it once, which it proceeded to hit nonstop for over 40 seconds. So obviously, it being broken and just bought I brought it back to the counter and told the gentleman that sold it to me. He went to the back and got someone else who asked what was wrong and I explained and even let him hit it to see the issue. He proceeds to say that there are no refunds(AFTER PURCHASING) and that they can only give a discount towards another vape. It was completely a lose lose situation for me and as a loyal customer they are losing more money by me never returning. Don’t go here for vapes, unless you want to pay for THEIR mistakes.(pictured is the broken vape.)

Went into the shop for some general information since I am new to the scene. Everyone was very nice and informative. They gave me great information and guidance. Got everything that I needed. Highly recommend.

This place has a lady named Laz and a friend went by and he is a little slow and Lazy was not clear about the price of an item. How dare you take advantage of a person who has a DD and you as a company should make sure your employers aren't misleading individuals.
